Who is responsible for your data
Caroline Round, known as Caroline Lunnon, entrepreneur individuel trading as Road to Confidence (SIRET 890 648 926 00016), is the data controller. You can contact me at caz@carolinelunnon.com.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send through the forms on this site: your name, email address, country, details about your dog, and anything you write in your message. Please don’t include sensitive information about yourself that I don’t need in order to help your dog.
Why I use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask me to, to arrange a session with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before any agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for the form itself, your consent.
I don’t use your details for marketing, and I never sell or share them.
Where it’s stored
Form messages are sent by email to my business inbox, provided by Hostinger, the website host. Hostinger processes this data on my behalf within the European Union. [confirm Hostinger data location in your account]
How long I keep it
If we don’t go on to work together, I delete your enquiry no later than three years after our last contact. If we do work together, your details become part of your client record and are kept as long as the law requires for business records.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third-party services. Fonts are hosted on this site.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how it’s used, by emailing caz@carolinelunnon.com. I’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or in the UK to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
